Definitely Barca, aside from their usual Catalan charity, they've taken it global now with the Unicef deal. They actually pay Unicef for the logo on their jerseys.
Juve comes a close second though, massive charity work going on there, especially for women and children.

I think all the football teams have done equal charity work. They usually have a chartiy football game where players from all teams come together and play for a good cause.

I don't know which club has done the most charity, but I can tell you that Juventus is always doing charity for the Neonatologia (Maternity) Ospedaliera dell’Ospedale Sant’Anna di Torino and Gaslini Hospital in Genova.
I think these players are just amazing getting involved in charity!

Here is a video where the Juventus players are singing "Il Mio Canto Libero" for the children at the Gaslini Hospital.

No sports team would do charity for no reason. The only reason players go around the world and do charity is to get plubicity. And AC MILAN is the best team ever.

Yeah.. I personally think is Barcelona.. The sponsor- unicef on their jersey head to pay 0 for their name to be put on the jersey. before that, Barcelona had no sponsors on their jerseys.
