Mike B's answer is merely partly spectacular. the unique purpose of the NAIA grew to become into as he reported. despite the fact that if, quite some NAIA college compete with and beat NCAA colleges all the time and at last benefit NCAA prestige. So the two NAIA colleges are not the tiny "lost" colleges he speaks of, or the NCAA is merely letting every physique at present.... I competed in 2 NAIA activities and of the video games/suits against NCAA DI colleges we lost 0.5 of the 4 video games/suits we performed, and of the NCAA DII colleges we performed, we gained all the 20 video games/suits performed, and we weren't seen to be a 'great' NAIA college, standard at superb.

Two completely different organizations. NAIA schools are not junior colleges but are usually smaller four-year schools, usually but not always equivalent to NCAA Division III level schools.
