I have learned that teeth grinding is a result of stress. I only grind me teeth at night, but I grind them nonetheless. If it is really bad, and I mean resulting in headaches, jawaches and or missing teeth, then you should buy a mouth guard to protect your teeth.

It really does help.

Sounds like stress & anxiety. My friend had a roommate who was like you actually. They gave her a pillow with lavender in it & apparently it helped her at night & they all no longer heard her grinding her teeth at night. Try some lavender sachets..make them yourself & see if it helps.

This sounds like anxiety. You need to go to a doctor for medication. This can wear your teeth down to nothing.
