b/c many ppl take their jobs too serious... we often forget that a job is just a way of life - not life itself ... ppl stress out of the unknown instead of venturing out and learning ....... I believe that there is no such thing as mistakes in life.. "mistakes" to me are God's way of telling me that is not right for me ....... Life goes on...regardless of why you got fired.. somewhere out there is the job that is meant for you... just relax..open your eyes..and remind yourself how valuable you are as an individual!

When you have worked a the same job for 16yrs and you are used to living at a certain level of comfort it can be scary to think that if you lose that job you will have to start all over and maybe lose all you have worked for. And the worst is not having health insurance while you are not employed and taking maintenance medications just to live.

You can't always get another job if you have been fired from a previous one.

Past behavior predicts future behavior. If I were hiring someone, I would be very wary that they would repeat the behavior that got them fired. That would put them at the bottom of the list.

Say you live in a State such as Michigan where the unemployment is soaring. Over 600,000 people are unemployed and looking for jobs. There are only about 50,000 available for these people to fight over. I would say that would cause a lot of pressure on a person and make them feel unhappy.

When most people live paycheck-to-paycheck due to low wages & high prices, most don't have the luxury of taking it in stride. Getting a GOOD job usually takes LOTS of work, plenty of time (including waiting for the interview), and a good deal of luck.
