As long as they weren't asking me to do something illegal, perverted or something I would consider immoral.

Help them do what or how? Very vague question. I often have stopped and helped someone with a flat tire; hold open doors for strangers everyday, let strangers pull in front of me at stop signs, pick up something they drop. It is called common courtesy, but seems to be quite rare nowadays.

It would depend upon the problem and the help required, but in general yes, I'd help a stranger. I would not, for instance, give money to a begger toting a bottle of whiskey. But i would buy and give him food directly. If a coworker asked me for gas money, I'd give it to them. (okay, so the examples not perfect since my coworkers aren't perfect strangers but they aren't necessarily friends either.)

I would help a stranger in any way feasible for me.
I'm not in a position right now to help anybody financially, but I can listen, give a ride, give a cigarette, offer my opinion if asked, and give great hugs.

If someone was in true need...........of course I would help, to the best of my ability. Wouldn't you want someone's help ? Stranger or not? Maybe if we all cared more about each other, not so many people would feel so alone.

Good can only come from action, from helping the unknown, expecting nothing in return. This builds forbearance, trust and inner strength. Help all - it is a most difficult path at times, bu the rewards are endless.
