loved by the person that left me, because I would always know they had feelings for me, and would one day come back

that is a hard one. sometimes you have to really weigh the good and the bad in your particular situation. but either way it sounds like settling. if someone leaves you...then they don't care enough for your feelings or for you to even try and work it out. and if you have left someone else...then there was obviously a reason why. those reasons don't usually disappear over time. but if i really HAD to choose. i would want to be loved by the person that i left. it seems it would hurt a little less.

I have this with the fathers of my children #1 I loved and he left, #2 loved me and I left. Incredably I chose #2. After being left by someone you love, relationships are never be the same again. Guard is up, I couldn't drop it if I tried. And since I've experienced both, I'm uber kind about it.

Im in same boat as u i have family friends son who i love whose my best friend who has commitment issues but theres another guy who loves me so either ways either love of my life will leave me or i will leave the new guy if my love gets over his commitment issues,But either ways i would choose to love guy i left since in long term a man whose left me might do it again and again it might not happen with guy i left.U know can never get heart broken again and again!

These choices are pretty bad. I think none. However love by the person you left. Saying goes its not who you love its who loves you!!
Find a new guy!

that's a very clever question..
honestly i can't tell ..because i've never loved someone for real..
But i've been with someone who loved me and i wasn't in love with him ..and i fially dumped him..it was really sad..when you know that you are making someone suffer..it hurts real bad ..it's awful when someone have feelings 4 u ..and you don't..Being loved by a person that i left in this case is extremly sad and painful ..
but i guess even loving someone who left (my friend's case ) is horrible too ..after 2 years now she didn't got over him and still love him as much as before ..so sad ..
They are both hard ..!!
