I am not sure what you are getting at but I do not think anyone be it 2 Pac or Deepak can give anyone validation. If you look to anyone besides yourself for validation you are looking in the wrong place...validation starts at home with the person seeking it.
That said I deeply respect Dr. Chopra and his teachings...he is a man with much wisdom and depth...I would not discount what he has to say because he makes a lot of sense.

How would I ask someone if they are a fraud?Consider the word fraud-it means lie-deception. A lie or liar has to be proved thus, so I would use my knowledge or for some common sense in dealing with a fraud. Firstly know what the fraud is-are they portraying to be something they are not? Are they fraudulent about having something? Listen-remember what they say-repeat back to them at varying times statements made which might vary. Know the subject of which you believe they are fraudulent about. When you have all the correct facts-come back with statements which will nullify their statements-make them uneasy-a liar cannot handle truth coming at them, repeat prior statements back to them-in doing so with witnesses around-you have correctly called them a fraud-without conflict.

You don't.
Because either way they will say that they aren't. If they are then they are comfortable with decieving you to make them look better and will most likely claim not to be one. If they aren't they will also deny being a fraud.
The best way to find out if some one is a fraud is to deliberately test them.

you do not ask someone if they are a fraud you let them prove to you what they are... in time a fraud reveals themselves. so don't bother asking - just watch in order to find out for sure.
