Elite and IMG for teens, if you can get in you've got a shot in making it in fashion. For kids I would say ford, how many stars have got their start with the agency? ALOT

The best way of finding one that isn't a scam and is right for you is to simply ask local models/actors. There is no better way of finding an agency than that because you get actual people's opinions, insights, and experiences first hand rather than reading something on a website. Goodluck!
