its fast and stable, i m writing u this answer from it :) and the previous answer is right that its some time makes fault for IE designed pages for example when i submit any answer from IE the words size is 10 and when i saw it in OPERA its i think 9 so some different u will fill and all other things are oK !!!

I have been using it for about 5 months and quite like it. It is faster, cleaner, and very stable in comparison to IE or Firefox. I have found that some pages do have trouble loading, but this can be fixed if you right click the page and go to site preferences then the network tab and lastly under browser identification, change it to Identify as Internet Explorer. After that reload the page and you should be fine.

First, I love Opera! I have been using Opera for several years, and I probably use Opera for about 95% of my web browsing, with the remaining 5% split among Internet Explorer, Netscape, and Firefox.
In fact, I am answering your question using Opera 8.02. (I have not yet upgraded this computer, but I have 8.54 on another computer.)
I tried Opera 9.00 on another computer, and I liked some of its new features, but it had a few bugs that made me uninstall it and go back to 8.54. I believe that these problems have been fixed with 9.02, but I have not yet tried it.

try it and see. one thing annoying about opera though, when you first run it it defaults with all the features turned on, and the massive amount of controls tends to turn people off. You can turn off what you don't like and make it cleaner looking.

I tried it and found it very stable and fast. The major drawback is that it is not fully compatible with sites designed for IE.

Yes it is extremely fast and much more secure than either IE or Firefox! You should like it.
