If so, how. Does pregnancy involve lower backache?

You can spot during your first few months of pregnancy. Not every woman does, but some do.

If its an actual period then no, you can't be pregnant.

Spotting and a period are different.

First off, VERY POSSIBLE... actually, most common i think. Periods are your body's way of cleaning out unfertile eggs and such, so your body was probably already doing so just before you got pregnant. But... it is also well known that some women have a period through their entire pregnancy. Don't quite understand that one, but it happens. Secondly, pregnancy almost always has lower back pain. It is due to the stretching of your lower abdomen (even though you are probably not noticably pregnant yet, your are gainign fluid) and the shifting of your internal organs and hips! Good luck!

some women bleed once a month every month during pregnancy. If the bleeding is ever with cramping then it could be a miscariage. Back pain is a hard part of pregnancy. With the weight gain and extra fluids sometimes it is too hard have all of that going on in your body. Helps to sit or to have someone give u a massage!

i had regular periods for the first few months of both of my pregnancies. it was the only time in my life that my period was regular actually.
yes, lower back pain is common in pregnancy. it will continue after the baby is born if you don't balance the baby's weight properly when you carry him/her.
in my second pregnancy, i got so big (baby was almost 10 lbs) that i actually twisted my spine enough that i spent several months going to the chiropractor and having physical therapy. i had injured my back so much during pregnancy that i could only stand for 30 minutes at a time at the absolute most, then the pain would be overwhelming. after the therapy and chiropractor, i'm as good as new!
enjoy your sexy new pregnant body and the baby that will show up at the end of the road!

Anything is possible, but probably not the case. Take a home pregnancy test or visit your OBGYN for a blood test. Those results are your way of knowing one way or the other.

Period, no, but some people do spot throughout pregnancy. I would advise a doctor if you are bleeding unnormally, weather or not you think you are pregnant.

no. during menstruation, the egg disintegrates and exits the body along with all the blood and tissue that would otherwise be used to form a baby. when you're pregnant, all that stuff is needed.
