I wish I knew the answer! Please tell me if you find it!! What I'm wondering is ...... why does it always go back to sex? Give your man a naked body and cook for him, clean naked for him and show him that you can spread your legs and THEN he will show you some attention. Come on Ladies, doing this is not worth 2 minutes of "attention" from your husband!!!

Good Luck, all of the previous ideas might work for a few minutes, but if you have a husband that ignores you, you are going to need to do something radical to change his behavior permanently.

Be someone he wants to pay attention to. Go out of your way to do nice things with him and pay attention to him. Flirt with him and show interest in sex. When you give him what he wants, he'll give you what you want.

Do something different. If your wearing jogging pants while doing some chores why not try wearing shorts, if you are used eating you dinner on dining table why not try the Japanese style. And the like...

wow a woman who needs attention. im in the reverse situation. just do something out of the blue, like meet him at the door, and start giving him oral on the couch, then take his hand and lead him to bed and say if u want me to finish i want ??????
