Go to http://www.score.org/ to find the nearest SCORE chapter. Contact them to arrange for a free one on one meeting with a SCORE counselor about starting a tow/rescue company.

Boat US is doing it already, so it will be hard to break into the market.......first, get a USCG license with a towing endorsement.........
