I heard Tai Chi was good. All of the martial arts are designed to make you one with your body, thus fine tuning your reflexes! Good Luck!

the key to good reflexes is sensitivity, confidence and repitition. if you doubt yourself then you will hesitate, if you lack sensitivity then you will not be able to react and your reflexes are developed through simplistic movements repeted over and over again with the knowledge of when you want to react this way. you can do this through vivdly imagining the action or actually doing it over and over again, i recomend both. a reflex is sped up through 'letting go' the same way you let go when you walk, you have done it so many times it requires no thought at all, you just do it.

tae kwon do is a real life saver.

But, I always found ballet kept me limber and alert, I have great reflexes just from that! LOL but seriously, tae kwon do is the way to go. You get excellent training for your body and mind (and reflexes), plus the classes are super fun.

Good luck!

the only way I've got to achieving a high style of reflexes is by actually learning it. You have to learn, and to learn, you have to practice, which would be stretching in this case. Just be careful to not take your stretching to an extreme because it can cause major cramps. It takes time to do anything you want to achieve your goal. I hope my advice comes handy to you.

Tai Chi; Karate, etc. They tune your reflexes even if the exercises are done slowly, and also teach breathing in a much better way. And much more.

Live in a jungle. If you survive for a year without firearms - you got your reflexes right.
