I hate my dad he's an asshole and well he pisses me off. he calls me fat alot and he like makes me misserable, and know I have to go live with my mom. I don't want to meaning that I have to move away from the school that I go to and now I'm just so sad. My birthday was today october 21st and I got nothing I didn't even get to go to the mall with my friends because I got picked up. he has abused me before but I don't know what to do... I live with alot of people who make sure it doesn't happen and i don't want to leave them/ :'( please help me

First of all, Happy Birthday. Second...go live with your mom. I know that you have supportive people around you, but all of the things you are living with are going to affect you in the long run more than going to a new school. I know it is hard to go to a new school, but it might be the best thing ever.
You can keep in touch with those who are with you where you are now...they won't ever leave you or lose a big spot in your heart...just trust that in the end, it is better for you to get away.

Life isn't fair. You don't get to have your cake and eat it, too. You can either stay with your dad and be miserable there, or you can go live with your mom. Happiness doesn't come from your surroundings or from other people. It comes from within. Only YOU can make you happy. It's a decision that you have to make. Are you always going to look at things through this dark cloud? Or will you decide to look on the brighter side of life? There are good things all around us. Sometimes we have to look harder to see them, but they're there.

well If you want you can ask for help to the polis! or get emancipated, and then your dad will have to give you I don't know...mmm.. let say the 20% of his salry, that's an option.

i can't really relate to your situation. however, i do know that you should get out of the negative atmoshpere in your current home. it is extremely destructive. you will make new friends, and you can keep your old ones. it will take work to maintain relationships, but it will be worth it. i wish you the best.
