I have a choice of a black/white 2gig nano or a silver 4gig mini for the same price. Which 1 should i get?

Dont get the 1st Gen Nano. I'd say go for the 2nd Gen Nano. But it seems like you dont like it. If you can live with just music, nothing else (no pictures, no videos) the Mini is good for you. But since it's pretty old, i dont think u should go for it. Cauz u get more problems with the old technology than the new one. I'd say go for the ZenV if you need only music. It has 1.5 inch color screen but photos isn't a very good feature. That one would fit you better than the iPods. They're shown in BestBuy so u can check it out. Remember there's a ZenVplus version, too, with videos. Dont get that one, it's much more expensive, plus u wouldn't want to watch movies on 1.5 inch screen.

well i have another question, by mini do u mean the shuffle?if u mean the shuffle DEFINATELY get the nano, the shuffles are soo hard to work with and if its 4gig it would prob take 15 min to find the song lol. nano is the best, p.s dont get the new nanos they break easier, my friends all got the new ones and all of wich broke in a week (and no thier not careless lol) best of hope, theblondewolf99

DON'T GET ANY!! in a couple of months the bluetooth ipod will come out (where you can download your tunes wirelessly) why not just wait & get that, instead of spend your money for a soon to be 'upgradeable' product?

depends on how much music you have. and how much money your willing to spend. in my opinin nano's are a waste of money. for ppl liek me with 26 gigs of music, i need atleast a 30 gig.
plus u might wanna save stuff on ur ipod, so its always nice to have xtra space.

gget the silver 4g mini cause u wont have to buy a new one. or just buy an 80G so ull nvr need another music player ever
