I would like to meet her in Mexico to spend time together since it is too difficult to receive a US tourist visa.
Does Mexico also require that the person seeking the visa show intent to return to the Philippines by showing substantial financial ties to the Philippines? The financial requirements of bank statements, credit cards, etc. are not a problem but proving temporary intent as the US requires is difficult.

Go figure, a website for the Mexican Embassy in Manila. It appears that the Mexican embassy will also look at the finances, but it's not clear if they will be as rigorous as the US. Good luck.

You won't know until you try. Just let her try getting the tourist visa for Mexico (or somewhere else). Good luck.

i'm Mexican, and so a concepts as i'm in touch, you dint want a Visa to flow to Mexico, you in difficulty-free words opt to expose your fee ticket going someplace else, it isn't puzzling to get in there, they love travelers
