OF COURSE NOT! Think not the Jesus would have any thoughts of greed. He would give his wealth to the deserving just as quickly as to the undeserving.

Jesus did not use any litmus test concerning whether a person was worthy of charity or not. Remember his injunction to give to the poor without reservation (Matthew 25:35-40). Magnanimity to him was more than just for the benefit of the poor, it was ultimately to elicit the best from those who practiced charity. By giving what you have freely, you are expressing the truth that all material accruements are trivial and fleeting. The degree to which one is generous to ones fellow man is the extent to which that person is willing to forfeit this world for God’s kingdom. It is that type of person that Jesus deemed to worthy of God’s heavenly rewards.
It’s exactly this behavior that is in complete contrast to so called “Christian conservative” thinking that is so endemic within the Republican party.

No, but Jesus was not mortal. I am and since Jesus did not say to give to the poor without selection, I am going to be selective.

Before Jesus healed somebody, he would ask, "Do you want to be healed?" Jesus could not heal everybody; only when faith was present.
What I am trying to say is, even Jesus required good faith on the part of the recipient.
