If an employer is really anting or needs someone to work for them then they will provide OJT unless you need a degree for that position your applying for. Most jobs will provide OJT anyway so you will learn their way of operation, no two employers are the same. please don't try going to a doctors office requesting for a job and don't have some type of medical training.

Im sorry but I have to answer your question with a question before i can answer it, because the jobs that offer ojt are to numerous in the market place.Organise your skills,then narrow it down to the best two or three.Then target your search accordingly.
