I am willing to move to Houston TX or Florida preferably but will negotiate. I have 2 yrs of college, experience in sales, mechanically inclined, computer repair knowledge, fast learner, and business professional

It's possible that a company will pay for your relocation... but I doubt it. Your experience is limited and you have only two years of college. Typically relocation expenses are paid for those with unique skills are in a field with plenty of shortages; also, they tend to be reserved for those in management. You computer repair skills seem to me to be your best bet in getting your relocation expenses paid... if you're fast and efficient and can prove it, that just might do it.

The Military or 4-6 years of college in a particular field that the company is looking for.

Try Wal-Mart! They are always hiring assistant managers, have a generous relocation package, decent salary, work a lot of hours, tough job, but...they will send you pretty close to where you want to go, if not to where you want to go. Sounds like you have the qualifications they are looking for...so ask a manager at your nearby store how to get an interview with the district manager, or go to their website and see if you can apply on line.
