Can you really get better seats at a concert with an American Express Gold Card?

I'm trying to see if it's worth it to pay the annual fee. If you have a gold card, which one did you get?

Also, I'm referring to buying concert tickets on Ticketmaster, where they sell pre-presale tickets to only AMEX holders and have a specific menu for AMEX Gold card holders.
