Well, growing up in Sonoma County, which has the second highest number of meth addicts in the nation, I'd say meth addiction. Meth causes dementia, not to means a host of other health and social problems. Meth truly has to be the worst drug out there, and I should know as I've done my fair share of drugs. Meth is even worse than heroin, or at least in my experiences.

since i dont drink, do drugs or gamble, personally my worst addiction is eating too many sweets.

I think any kind of addiction is bad, no matter what it is because it just shows our lack of self-control!

I have alot of them. The worst one for me is alcohol. (at least it feels like the worst because I quit a week ago) Ask me again when I try to quit smoking weed!
