how do you pick the best answer when there a bunch of heartless people?

I am suppose to pick the best answer to one of the questions I asked I don't like any and think they are heartless so what do I do.

I'd say pick the button that says "No best answer."

You can choose No Best Answer (if you put it to a vote).
You could also Delete Your Question.
(See the pencil? Click on it, then options will come up, and choose delete question.)

But, in all honesty, if you asked a question that requires opinionated answers, you should at least put the question up to a vote....

Added: I looked at your questions, and I honestly have no clue as to how you are perceiving the answers as heartless. I see alot of great answers, and differing opinions, confusing....

Don't pick one.

Wait until it goes to a vote, and then vote for "no best answer". Also, if the answers were really crappy and mean, go in and add details to your question and say that you aren't going to pick an answer because there aren't any good ones in the whole lot. That way people know how you feel about their cruddy answers.

See If you can delete the question, I have had a couple of answers like that too, I hate when people act stupid,or mean,and yo have to give one a best answer, I am going to refuse from now on.

You could either wait for others to vote for the best answer or you could delete the question and start over again.
If you get a bunch of insulting answers which do not pertain to the question you should report them to yahoo.

You know I am one of those idiots and it's all because I didn't read all of the message before answering and I got pretty ugly in my responce and I feel like an a*s. It was a lady who wanted to know how to write to the injured GI's in a military hospitol and I thought she meant what should you say to them and not where should you send it to. Yep Iam an a*s sometime's! Can you forgive me?

You don't always have to pick a best answer, if you can, pick an answer that answers your question the best.

Choosing a best answer is like a reward to the person for answering your question well. If nobody answered it to your satisfaction then don't reward anyone.

when you say heartless do mean that they are deceased and had their hearts removed, How many constitutes a bunch?

Where are these people and how many of them are there? Do they have criminal records?
