with 1900 SAT, 3.5 unweighted gpa, is it a good chance to get into UCSD, UCI, or UCSB?

It's always hard to say with the California schools, but I would say you have a pretty good shot of getting into at least 2 of those schools. If it were Berkeley or UCLA you were applying to, I'd say no. But UCI and UCSB I'd say you should get into for sure.

Colleges look at GPA and testscores, but ther things as well. Your unique talents, interview, references, fit with the culture, and interests/accomplishments all matter. That said, your scores look very good, so you should be proud no matter what and apply to a handful of good schools you think would be a good fit.

Those grades are definitely awesome. I think you have a good shot of getting into most of them.
