For instance, is light affected by gravity?
Can a photon interact with graviton (string theory) in some way?
And is electricity affected by temperature, like, can electricity freez?

Bosons are particles that have integer spin.
Many particles as large as nuclei are bosons themselves.
Gravitons also have integer spin, so it is also a boson.

Photons and gravity can be observed interacting with each other through gravitational lensing. Gravitons have yet to be observed, but the success of the standard theory thus far is a good indicator that they probably do exist.

Electrical conductivity is affected by temperature. Many substances have higher resistance at lower temperatures while other substances (such as super-conductors) often have much lower resistances at lower temperatures. So it will depend on the material you are working with.

Electricity cannot freeze.

Gravity doesn't affect light even thought it appears that gravity can bend light. Gravity is really an illusion caused by curved space. No particle called the graviton has ever been found. And while electricity isn't affect by temperature, the conductor that the electricty is passing through is affected...thus lower temperatures of most metals mean less resistance to the flow of electricity.

I think if you study some the 3 laws of motion of newton enven though they are stated a little bit primitively it would give explanation about force.
The 3rd law allude to forces as being the result of an action. Today we call that interaction between two mass structures.
So basically force does not exist till an interaction occurs.
When the interaction occurs two forces come into being and occur as equal in magnetude but opposite in direction.( you may say one force is the reflection of the other)

Physics is a very involved study and that means that not all definitions have the correct answer.
What you stated about Photons ,and string theory particle is very intuitive but only represent assumption and speculations.
Electricity is a special case of gravitation.And the elctrical phenomena works in practical application but is really not Understood excatly. You thinking is very inovative but to really answer your question would take me several month to explain.

Gravity may be an interaction between mass and space, rather than between mass and mass (or mass and light). By affecting the curvature of space, mass bends the path of light, and bends the path of other masses in nearby orbits.
