I'm really pissed off, i can't find any contact information on amazon's webstie. I need a damn email address or something. I bought a magazine subscription, but i have yet to receive it, and i bought it in august, and it is now october.IT is a monthly magazine. Does anybody know how i can get a hold of a amazon represrestative or something?

You see, many people use the Better Business Bureau to check on a company, and won't do business with them if they have OPEN ISSUES. That means that Amazon will contact you about getting it resolved, so the case is shown as closed at the BBB website.

Amazon should have sent you an email when you ordered with contact information. Be aware though, it DOES take some magazine subscriptions up to 4 months(!) before they start sending them to you. You have to be added to their subscriber's list and that list is usually made up a few months in advance in order for the mags to show advertisers and get them to advertise. So just be patient, I'm sure it will come... have a great weekend :-)
