I do not know if that is true or not. I mean, I can understand if Eva is going out with him, considering the fact that her boyfriend cannot speak legibly (they were on Oprah a couple of weeks ago and you could barely understand him and he was dull, too).
As for Mario, well, he was always a woman chaser. He was married to Ali Landry, the girl in the Doritos commercial, and he was caught with a stripper not too long after they had gotten married.
So, I do not know if they are going out with each other, but, I would not be surprised if they did.
