while your question may be in jest, alot of Republicans are gay or lesbian, and while yes many would like gay marriage, they accept the fact that a large majority of the population is just not ready for it yet. And most are looking at legal union contracts as the first real step.
But they would prefer the party that makes the economy the best, that helps thier businesses, that helpes them get the most interest in the savings account. They may be gay in the bedroom, or but in the boardroom they are still republican

I must have missed where it said Republicans are predominatly gay, I certainly am not.
I think Republicans should try to legalize gay marriage. Since Democrats are now voting against everything Bush does, out of pure hatred, gay marriage would never be legalized, at least until Bush is out of the White House.

I say, why let any moronic politician enact any law that gives or takes away anyone's rights? They all lie; they spend MILLIONS of dollars to become a politician. Why? So they can retire on a pension that never receives any money. It's also a penis problem. They were pushed around by bullies when they were kids, and this is their way of shooting up the schools.

Predominately gay? Are you sure about that?
As for whether the Republicans should make gay marriage legal: Meh... I for one am somewhat ambivalent about gay marriage, but civil unions... Might as well dip our feet in the water.

gay marriage should be legal. who are you to judge anyone? EVERYONE has the right to be happy and if that means that 2 men get married so what? or 2 women get married so what? who the heck are you to say its good or bad? or are you just trying to cover up the fact that you are gay. I think that its great that there are gay and lesbians in office.

They don't want to get married in same-sex marriages. They want to marry someone they never have sex with to look straight--all the while having a fun, debauched time being child predators by going after and corrupting and exploiting underage boys and girls.

Let's not jump to false assumptions. The Republicans are plenty fallacious without painting them as a group of homosexuals (not that there's anything wrong with that).

With the Democratic Party now predomoinantly stupid, should they not all be put into proprietary care facilities? Leave them on their own and they start playing with sharp instruments.....OH! Nevermind, the situation will take care of itself.
