Since Adam and Eve were issued by God and not born to a human mother, it would be logical to assume they had no belly buttons. I think they would have looked at little like "Kyle XY!" (lol!)
In addition, since there was no lint or jewelry, perhaps a belly button would have been superfluous!

If the mythology is true - then the answer would be no, as they were not born, but created and there would be no belly buttons.
You'd have to make a study of Kabbalah to get to the roots of the first 5 books which are coded knowledge - which is why they don't make any sense. They were not meant to be taken literally.
Bright Blessings
Just a note - Women are not less than - Creation of all life comes from Women through "co-creation". Women were not made as an after-thought or at the request of a man. Deity is beyond gender. In fact embreyo's are first female and then become male later in the development cycle.
Ladies (and Gentlemen) - you've been duped for about 4,000 years with this story. However - Kabbalah - when you apply the rule of opposites reveal all.
Let the truth set you free of Less tha, Fear Based, Command and Control Doctrines and Teachings. Seek out the 5 Part Divinity and Truth Filter.

No. Belly buttons are for those with natural birth and Adam and Eve do not qualify because they have no earthly parents unlike the rest of us. Belly buttons are the remnants of umblical cord that attached the baby to the mother's womb. Adam did not have earthly mother or father. God created Adam directly from the elements of the soil and Eve indirectly through Adam's ribs. After that, the Lord breathed the breath of life into Adam and he (Adam became a living soul).

No. Adam was created by dust and Eve from Adam's rib. They were not born from a womb. Cain and Abel have belly buttons since they were Adam and Eve's first children.

No, From the original finding (dead sea scrolls?) there was stuff the Jewish scholars left out of the Old Testament. Such as the original humans where Adam & Lilith. They where first. She wanted to get on top during sex and to be equal to man. When Adam refused (her) this behavior, she went away and god made Adam - Eve from his rib. The scholar’s left lilith story out of the bible because it did not sound appropriate, but they did not denied that it was written or discovered as the original findings in the same scrolls used to write the first five books of the bible. In such they left out SATAN original role as leader of Angels or Gods right-hand advisor. When other angels would ask God a question or finish a mission?. God would always go to Satan and ask him what his opinion was. If this was Good or Bad, Right or Wrong as God made him before humans as the Perfect Angel.

If Spider-man the Easter Bunny and Santa Clause have belly buttons that I guess Adam and Eve had one as well.

Hmmm, I'd never thought about it before.
I guess the answer would have to be No, as they did not come out of a womb, therefore had now umbillical cord, thus no belly button.
