Both. Just depends.
I would never go natural to an evening meal at a fine restaurant on an important date.
I would never bother at a beach.

Less is more as the saying goes. People with too much always look ugly, just a little bit gives a little sparkle to you. And none, that's awesome, shows how self confident you are.
