You can try Aeropstale, there jeans are not expensive, you can get them on sale for $15 sometimes. Also Try Deb, forever 21 and Old navy!!

Depending on where you live, you can try Marshalls or Kohl's. They have specials sometimes that bring the jeans to very enticing prices. Old Navy also has specials sometimes for $20 jeans. I love this pair of Mossimo Jeans I got at a Target once for arounf $24. Also try Forever 21.

Kohls sells their house brand jeans for under $15 sometimes. You need to check online for sales. And some of their name brand jeans are like $25 on sale. Other than that try a thrift store or Plato's Closet for cheaper used jeans.

Check your local thrift store or a place in your community where people can take clothes that they dont want anymore. Its amazing how many clothes are found in thrift stores that havent even been washed!.

Ross has name brand clothes and they are usually marked way down in clearance. I got a pair of jeans that were marked $129.99 and I got them for 11.99.
