I would like to borrow $10000 dollars, I would insince on a lawyer and a contract in a payback. I could take up to 5 years to pay it back or sooner so I would like to have an open contract. people are gonna willinly give u 10 grand and paying it back in 5 year..... maybe if it was in a week other than that no way

You're going to need to talk to a bank or someone that is in the lending business. A massive percentage of people end up defaulting on those types of loans, so without collateral or some form of complete security I doubt anyone will want to assume that kind of risk... The people that have 10k to lend out only have it because they've been extremely careful with their money.
