Nope, I let the cops lead the parade, then when the cop leaves its....aaannnddd they're OFF!

I continue at the speed I was going, and I pass them if they're not going the speed limit. I've never gotten a ticket for passing a cop.

I've passed cops many times as long as I know I'm doing the limit and not speeding. I hate it though when a cop is around I feel guilty even though I haven't done anything wrong.

In New York and Jersey, there is no speed limit I don't think, when I lived there I would be commuting back and forth and the Jersey patrol would pass me going at least 85! So no I never got pulled over, but for the hell of it one day I matched speed with a patrol officer. Fun times in Jersey.
I love that saying, when people honk in Jersey people would say welcome to Jersey, people there are very impatient! Because honking all you hear in NYC and Jersey.

Since I usually have my cruise control set at about the speed limit, I just go on. If they stop me, they do. Never had one stop me that wasn't justified, though I had one claim I was doing 85 when my cruise was set for 70. It was still speeding though, as the speed limit at that time of night was 65.

I always travel at the speed limit--live in a small town that has the Sheriff's Dept, State Police and the local police all in a very small area--better to cool your jets--no speeding tickets!!!!

You can usually tell if they are hunting I maintain the speed limit but if there is a cop around there is usually trouble lurking

I stick to the speed limit when they are around. I'll pass them up if they are going slower than the speed limit they won't ticket you.
