The information i have is based on having a science/ medical background.. many people are constantly below 98.6... the question is HOW low.... 98.6 is an AVERAGE of what the body temp should be.. keep an eye on it, and if it doesn't change, and you are still worried, contact your general practioner!

98.6 is the suggested normal temperature.. There are many who never go above 97 unless sick. They seem to continue with normal life activities. I had a step father who fell into this category and lived a long life.

No. Unless you consistently run below 94 you're fine. Also, I run about 99.6 all the time, it's fine. 98.6 is just an average, few people ever run that all the time. The only dangers occur under 94 and above 104.

theres nothing wrong with that.
i worked in a doctors office and i saw very few people that were right on 98.6
most of the people were 96 or 97
if your that worried, u can talk your doctor

That is just the generally accepted normal temp, actually, some people's internal core is different...just like all of us.

You could have hypothyroidism I have it and my temp is always low and I am always cold, I am on thyroid now and its getting better and better so you should get your thyroid levels checked.
