My school has a mock trial (made up cases that we act out the parts in front of a real judge and get scored for our performance) and I prefer being a witness because answering questions for me is easier than asking them

In a mock trial I would like to be the prosecution so I could "hound" the defense witnesses. That would be a lot of fun. They would toss me in virtual jail for contempt of court or some dumb thing like that.

I had to be a lawyer in a case (fake, of course) in Allied Health... I really did suck! Asking questions, being polite, saying, "Sir, Ma'am" stuff like that is not my thing... I'd rather be the witness and look all sad and stuff... :-)
