Roll up the windows really tight and blow into the exhaust.

i own a repair shop,and if you can get behind them you can push them out ,,but you have to be care full ,and not leave a crease line in it ,or it will show up,sometimes the crease line will look worse than the dent did,but it can be done,but don't ever hit it with a solid object like a hammer it will dent it out,and that looks bad also,good luck i hope this help,s.

Try Fantasic and a plunger. Spray the area and then pop it out. Repeat as necessary

rip off all the sheet metal and just drive around in the steel frame

try any auto store or walmart they carry them and they are only maybe $10-$20
