Lets see if it meets the expectations of the repuglican party and its leader Rush Limbaugh. Did it happen? Was it a bad thing? Was it within the last 100 years? Will it be within the next 100 years, if the answer to any of these is yes then it is Bill Clintons fault, you can tell your boss that and he will except it if he is a repuglican.
