I would say wait a few days and then take another test. I had this same problem when I was pregnant. The first test did not come back positive, but about 2 weeks later, another one did. And I was definately pregnant when I took the first test. You just might not have a very high level of the pregnancy hormone. Good luck! :)

Wait a couple of days to allow the hormones to build in your body more if you are pregnant. I know the tests say you do not have to use the first morning's urine, but if you do you will get a better readings, since the concentration of hormones should be higher. Home pregnancy tests are the same ones they use in the doctor's offices, so they are pretty reliable these days.

I think you should wait at least a couple of days. I had a pregnancy test and it came back neg and I did do it the next morning and it came back negative too. I tried it a week later and It was positive. Sometimes it's too early.

I would either wait a few days to take another, or ask a doc for a blood test to be more accurate. I've heard, though I don't know how true it is, that it is best to take the test in the morning, at the first pee of the day.

Good luck!

If you feel the need to, it can't hurt. Check the expiration date on the test, make sure you've already reached the due date for your period and use your first morning urine.

Understand, though, that you might just not be pregnant and no amount of testing is going to make a difference in that. To be sure, call your doctor and schedule a blood test.

Good luck.

A home pregancy test is accurate only up to about 12 weeks after which your hormone levels return to near normal until you are pregnant for 20-22 weeks so you might be

If you really feel you may be pregnant, but those results suggest otherwise, your best bet is to speak with your health care provider. You should have blood work drawn as that should be more accurate than a home pregnancy test.

Are you late? Remember that your body can play tricks on you, so just try to relax...even though it's hard. Just wait a few more days or go to the doctor and get a blood test done.
