Well, he has a wife and a couple of kids, but that in itself doesn't have to mean he's not gay.
He has a phobia which makes him extremely afraid of germs, so he isn't comfortable being around people or even touching them. The way he acts around them because of this might give you the impression that he's gay.
Edit: I just noticed that someone here has Howie Mandel as a screen name. If that's who you are referring to, then I have no idea.

No, but he is cute as hell.
A friend of mine met him with his wife and kids. He was very funny out in public too.
