Can you trust a man that continully goes behind your back and talks to other people online, wanting to meet? When you ask him about it, he gets mad and yells out the truth, after you ask him a few times to get him to tell you the truth? Can you trust him, or should you just leave him and save yourself from being hurt over and over again?

Leave and save yourself from being hurt. Chances are one day it will go beyond the computer screen and he will meet someone in person. I would just end it now, he doesn't respect you. Find someone that is totally into you, and not into trolling on the computer.
