If I had the choice, I would say looking younger would be nice.
That being said, I have always looked older. I haven't been asked for photo ID since I was about 14. I'm 26 now, and people think I'm mid-30's.
Stay young, and enjoy your youth!

I think its always better to look younger.
I am 22 and with make up on people think i am about 18 but without make up i am told i look like a kid of about 15

Younger definitely. It might annoy you now that you have trouble getting into clubs and guys don't take you seriously, but you'll appreciate it when you get older and still retain your youthful looks!
