Depends on the laboratory doing the testing for their "normal range". Generally speaking, 80 to 110 for a finger stick blood sugar level. Less than 200 for total cholesterol and 180 or 160 is now becomming the better "normal".

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.
Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

The blood level for either depends on the state the body is in at the time of testing. After a fast of at least ten hours the blood sugar is normally in the 90-110 range and the cholesterol in about 180. Look at the printout of your last test and you will see what is normal for each item tested.

Glucose levels should be checked no less times than your doctor says to check them. Most of them want about 4 readings a day. Upon rising, before one meal of the day and 2 hours after, and at bedtime. These are when my doctor wants readings. I sometimes take random readings as well.

A fasting blood glucose level is normal when it is between 70-99. Pre- diabetes is considered between 100-125. Diabetes is considered when the level is 126 and above on more than one testing occassion. A cholesterol level below 200 is considered desireable and shows a low risk of heart disease. A level of 200-240 is considered moderate risk. At this level your doctor would do a lipid profile to see if your high cholesterol is bad cholesterol or good cholesterol. A cholesterol above 240 is considered high risk.
