no u cant find any of that website u still need a data cable or bluetooth to download in ur mobile here is a website www.mobile9.com or www.mobile420.com

alot of cell phones now , you can record messages in it , but on mine i just recorded a song of my computer and set it as my ringtone for my phone

My suggestion is to go on a search site, like google, and just search free ringtones... take a while to look through sites and look carefully.. you might just find wat you lookin for...
