I am guessing you have Internet Explorer 7.

Something happened when it installed that caused a bug.

Redownload it

this isnt a virus. but like that other guy said it might be a bug, you could also right click on the tabs and click close tab and that will bypass the popup

its a bug, try intallin it again

scan for virus's and spyware..

you may have one
