Because we are the creature that learned to be most creative in violence against other creatures. That is why we are no longer food for lions.

So, we get to run this planet as we like, for better or worse, unchallenged by anything but each other and the microbes.

cause we are and unless you were there at the beginning it will only be speculation, no matter what man says.

Science has proven how the earth became to be, and it is beleived that life started here after a meteor with microbes on it hit the earth. And over 4 billion years of evolution we were here. But to state it on religious beleifs is ignorant to science.

Is there a god who knows you will find out.

Buddha beleived that gods are energies that abtained a higher enlightenment.

In other words we can become gods, but it will not happen in the physical form.

to beleive in god you beleive in a soul or energy, which means that the body is a vessel or prison for that energy soul. And only god can give it freedom upon death of the vessel.

There are so many ways at looking to why, but to find the answer search on how we became to be a race (human)

The question why will never be answered.

I can answer the question Why you are here on earth.

But the human race is different and the only way to know is to see the process, hence why we have these philosophical questions. But we will never know the exact truth, so don't make life trivial. Humans ahe here through evolution of billions of years. We need to beleive in why to justify our existance, where no justification is needed. To beleive in the soul energy theory means that the bosy and soul are different identities and are not the same.

Read all the theries you can and you will develope a beleif to why but never an answer.

Like myself I do not beleive in a god or higher power in the sense of heaven or hell. But my gut tells me there is justification to beleive in a purpose, not meaning.

Life is meaningless, it has no meaning, man tries to create meaning in ones lifetime, but you will not have a truthful answer. The truth you will find out when you are dead. Two things will happen. Nothing as in an end, or something but you won't be able to tell anyone.

My fear is that there is nothing after death as in the end, the makes me question why. And I have been researching religion, science, space everything I can. And still no answer. Ideas yes but not definitive answer.

Maybe god is the groundskeeper of the universe making sure everything stays balance hence mother nature, we damage she fixes, and she will take us out in the process if neccessary.

I beleive in the philosophy of buddha but i am not a buddist, I beleive that it is about each individual to search the truth and not be a follower of any religion. Because when it comes down to it you are alone, campanionship or anything can cause pain.

If the human race is here from a god then why was there evolution. It wouldn't be needed or did god start it and came back later to see where we were.

Fact is in the end you die nothing changes that, but I guarentee you......

When that day comes you will get theanswer to your question if there is one.

I once read something very interesting. It said that humans are a virus on the Earth. We are multiplying and destroying the Earth. That is what a virus does. But truthfully, we're here because God put us here. I think we're the keepers of this beautiful planet and we should learn to respect it.

Depends on what your religious views are, or what degree of evolution theory you have gobbled up.
