Usually 100-150. It's rare to see me without a book.

Not as many as I should! But I just got this new book called "The Well Educated Mind" that provides a great reading plan/strategy. The idea is that you don't go out and run a marathon; you train for it. So just because you can't get through Moby Dick or War and Peace from the get-go doesn't mean you can never do it. Small, baby steps will get you there, limber up your brain, so reading becomes easier, more fun, etc. I've been reading 2 books per month for the past 2 months, and I hope (fingers crossed) I can keep this up all year, and optimally progress to 1 book per week...that would be perfect for me!

Depends on the year and what I'm doing. I try to read at least a book a week but sometimes are better and sometimes are worse.
In 2005 I had no computer, tv or car all summer. I walked to the library every day and read over 30 books.
2006 is almost over and I haven't read nearly that many. Here's hoping 2007 finds me more well-read again.

Hmmm, I read at least 4 - 5 books a month, so I guess per year I read 50+ books.

I only read books when I want or need to learn about something, not much of a fiction reader. I average about 5 to 10 books a year.

About two hundred a year, in all different categories. When I had a bit more time I'd read a book a night but I can't always manage that lately.
