i've never heard of that but it helps bladder infections. if you don't like the taste they have capsules you can buy -- a drug store-- i would say some kind of aspirin. stronger type ask your dr. or druggist what is better. tell them if your on any other meds. i use to have terrible cramps if fact, they were worse then labor pains. the first day i would have to stay home,vomit and unable to walk. my dr. only suggested tylonal. it didn't help. when i had my first child, i didn't have cramps any more. but don't go and get pg to get rid of your cramps,ha,ha.

It sure has helped me with my menstrual cramps! I can't take medications so Cranberry juice has been a god sent for me. I highly recommend it. But I guess it all depends on the person ;)

It helps me , but only for a very short period of time . Drink great tea . Although it helps for a short period of time also , it lasts more longer than the cranberry juice .
