Can you put cruise control on a car..AFTER manufactoring?

Does it work as well?

Is the cost ridiculous?

I have gotten one too many traffic tickets (speeding) from letting my mind wander - and my lead foot taking over.

Thanks!!!

You use to be able to buy them and probably still can. The aftermarket ones are electric and do not work well. The price on them are not too bad but the installation fee is high because it is not a simple job. I have never tried getting one from a junkyard and installing it in another vehicle but I will be trying that soon I think. Hope I have been helpful.
