Both. B.O. is horrible. i work with a guy who has the worst B.O. I've ever smelled in my life. I left the room and came back a few minutes later and nearly choked to death on the stench. the company truck smells like him and he was off all last week.

Smelling breath.
Stinky feet can be covered and aren't near your face.

Well, it is a close match. I have smelled some pretty raunchy breath, depending on what was eaten, and I can't forget the time my sister took off her shoes in the car when it was raining, whewwwwww. I also work in the health care field, so I get whifffs of both that could knock your socks off.
