The proper answer is to give women the right to vote.
The correct answer is that enough women threatened to, and many women actually did, refuse to do "womanly duties" until the ammendment was passed and ratified.

I think we need a new amendment to stop men from being allowed to vote. Maybe something intelligent would happen to this country.
