On my computer (Windows XP, Internet Explorer 7) I am having trouble, I think something got downloaded, but anyhow, it keeps going to the website http://safeiepage.com/ when I go to open my home page, it lets me navigate from it but I want MSN as my home page not the above listed one, i tried to check my home page settings but they say that MSN.com is my home page, I am confused, HELP!!

your computer might be infected with virus..most probably u have got W32.Myzor.FK@yf
when u click the website that u have mentioned an error messege appears telling that ur computer is infected with W32.Myzor.FK@yf, and if u click ok ur send to a page to download a software..this is a fake product that u should not download..

download spybot s&d and ad-aware to clean ur computer from spyware and adware..both softwares are free and top rated tools

Well, the typical thing to say to that is it may be spyware, and you need to use a utility to scan your computer to get it off. You may want to run your virus scan after that and hope you haven't got anything bad on your computer. After that I would either check the registry, or if your not conferrable enough to do that, just downgrade to IE 6 or use firefox.

Go to Start.......Search........Files and Folders........Type in
Cookies........Click Go..............You will get a full list of all your
cookies on your computer........Highlight the top entry..........
Press Ctrl and hold............Go to the bottom cookie entry on the list. Right click on it. All cookies will highlight. A pull down menu will appear and shows the word "delete". Click "delete". All cookies will disappear and go to your Recycle Bin. Go to the
Recycle Bin icon. Click on it. Empty your Recycle Bin. Now restart your computer See if your problem disappears.

this sounds like a virus or some serious spyware i would suggest that you upgrade your virus protector or get one if you dont have one. this should get rid of the problem
